I feel so bad today....Hoppy (aka Mr. Hopski) went to Rainbow Bridge last night around eight o'clock.
Mom noticed he didn't eat in the morning and then was sick to his stomach all day. Just laid around, but that's not unusual for him. He wouldn't even react when I tried to play with him.
Mom is still crying - Hoppy was with us for just over a year and he was up in age, but that doesn't make things any easier. I'm glad that mom was able to make Hoppy's last year a good one, she loved him so much. She never had more than one dog at a time, so we could really be a challenge for her some days, but we never had to worry that she didn't love us and would always take care of us.
Rest in peace, Mr. Hopski.....relax at Rainbow Bridge, we'll be together again some day. I loved you from the day I met you and I'll always remember you.
Hoppy did not know you but I have heard many many wonderful things about you.
ReplyDeleteI know you are in a place now where you run and play all day long and you no longer have any pain.
That is a good thing and you have all the fun with my pets waiting for me that they will let you have when they lived here they were very well behaved but who knows they could have picked up some bad habits..
